it depends on what performance you expect from it. I would say it 
capable of running CP/M and all software of those days. But if you meant 
hardware emulation lets say ZX_SPECTRUM_48 - my answer is NO! absolutely 
impossible 10 times slower than required. You need at least 386dx33.
