Hiaz,
I've tiried to create bootable image with MINIX fs after recent changes.
I've chosen 720kB size (3.5'' DD). Unfortunately, fd720.bin I've found in
the 'image' directory has size 1474560 bytes.

It's even worse! Now I tried to create 32MB HD image (C/H/S 60/16/63).
It's size is...:

Yep, mistake from me when integrating FAT image in '.config', sorry
(tested only fd1440 in both MINIX and FAT, but not the other formats :-/).
Fixed in commit
