Hi Neil.

I stand corrected - and you've found a bug with Stefan's design !!!

Currently, go to http://elks.sf.net/2/ and click on the Download
link at the top of the page to get there. However, long-term, we
need to ensure that the link I quoted also works the same way, as
do the other basic links.
