I wouldn't worry too much about that particular crash just now. As you see -
its a single floppy now.

I get a bochs crash at the end of the second disc - and it doesn't seem to
correctly write the boot loader...

Again, despite stating the geometry as 615/6/17, it shows as 613/6/17...
