Looks like arch/i86/drivers/char/KeyMaps/mkcfg is the culprit. Edit that file
and change "sort +1f" to "sort -f" Then remove
arch/i86/drivers/char/KeyMaps/Config.in and on make config it should regenerate
Config.in and fix the issue.
