Subject: ACPI Stangeness in Kernel 2.6.0 test 11

Hi all,
I am running the 2.6 kernel from gentoo-sources and have a strange
problem with my ACPI...
If I warm boot it seems to work (reboot) but if it is coming up cold it
does not find the batteries (looks like they are not there)...
Is this a known problem? I know that you guys have a patch out for an
early 2.6 test... Has this been incorporated?
Thanks for any info
Bill
