Subject: No /proc/acpi dir and some AE_NOT_EXISTS errors
Date: Thu, 8 Jul 2004 12:53:20 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <000801c464d9$d0749a80$0800a8c0@SQUADRA> (raw)
Hello,
I've just upgraded my kernel to 2.4.26, I've patched and built it
with ACPI support without using modules. The acpid daemon
start correctly but there is any /proc/acpi directory.
I'm using an AMILO D laptop, on boot i can see that the ACPI
support found "thermal zone [75 C]", buttons, AC, battery and so on
but see 3 errors AE_NOT_EXISTS also. I'm using Winzozz now
so I will be more detailed about these errors later...
Thanks,
Gaetano
