What is the status of ospmd? It replaced acipd right? The last release
was on May 9. I heard somewhere that apmd and ospmd was going to be
combined so one daemon could control both pm systems. I don't think acpi
is going to be that useful unless their is an daemon controlling policy.

Latest ospmd is in sf.net CVS.

It does support both APM and ACPI, but since we've all been busy working on
kernel bugs, it hasn't received much improvement lately, and is still not
ready for actual use.
