Subject: ACPI on Fujitsu S-Lifebook
Date: Fri, 27 Dec 2002 22:27:00 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1041046020.1182.3.camel@localhost.localdomain> (raw)

Hi,

I've compiled kernel 2.4.20 with the ACPI patch on my Fujitsu Lifebook.
Now I get most of the devices in the /proc/acpi directory. Except
/proc/fan and /proc/thermal_zone directories are empty.

Under what conditions does this happen? I've been reading the code in
thermal.c, but so far I haven't been able to figure this out.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

...richie
