It looks like a really clever phishing attempt. It's vague except for
the URL and the headers which both look quite valid.
However, as you quoted in your mail, the URL actually points to a IP
address instead of a resolvable domain name (www.lists.sourceforge.net
doesn't resolve).
Looks like an interesting way to get people to show that an address is valid.
I'd suggest we wait it out and see what happens in under 24 hours.
