If BIOS wakeup is enabled on shutdown the PC reboots instead of powering down. If BIOS wakeup is disabled the PC powers down. Tested with linux-2.6.5-rc2-bk2 + acpi-20040311-2.6.5. The Mainboard is 815E Pro (MS-6337) with a Celeron 850.
