Finally we found this errors, could be the root of the problems:

well maybe the better is open a ticket on bugzilla with this errors.

not related with acpi but what is this can't be turned off ?
atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0x7a on isa0060/serio0).
atkbd.c: This is an XFree86 bug. It shouldn't access hardware directly.
