Subject: No ACPI interrupts after resume with io-apic
Date: Sat, 07 Aug 2004 14:03:09 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1091883789.5955.6.camel@tyrosine> (raw)
If I have the io-apic enabled, I get no ACPI interrupts after resume.
The brightness and volume keys also stop working (these don't send ACPI
events, but seem to be on IRQ 9 anyway). The power button also generates
nothing. Booting with noapic results in everything working.
By the looks of it, the io-apic resume code rewrites all the registers
in the io-apic. Is it possible that state is getting lost in the
process?
