I noticed that after upgrading to 2.6.9-rc2-mm1 ACPI events take a very
long time to show up in /proc/acpi/event and consequently acpid responds
very slow to hotkey presses. It's not very consistent and the delay
between a button press and the event showing up can be anywhere from
just few seconds to 15 or 20 seconds. I believe I noticed this in
2.6.9-rc1-mm4 as well. There are no errors so I'm not sure how to debug
this...
