Subject: [PATCH 8/14] ACPI: add acpi_bus_ops in acpi_device
Date: Thu, 07 Dec 2006 20:56:41 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1165496201.11485.82.camel@localhost.localdomain> (raw)
From: Li Shaohua <shaohua.li@intel.com>
Add acpi_bus_ops in acpi_device to support acpi hot plug.
NOTE: Two methods .add and .start in acpi_driver.ops are
called separately to probe ACPI devices, while only
.probe method is called in driver model.
As executing .add and .start separately is critical
for ACPI device hot plug, we use acpi_bus_ops to
distinguish different code path.
