[ACPI-FREQ] fix memory leak in acpi_cpufreq driver

We didn't free per_cpu(acfreq_data, cpu)->freq_table
when acpi_freq driver is unloaded.

Resulting in the following messages in /sys/kernel/debug/kmemleak:
