Subject: [PATCHv4 12/15] Thermal: Add a thermal notifier for user space
Date: Tue, 18 Sep 2012 11:05:03 +0530 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1347946506-18449-13-git-send-email-durgadoss.r@intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1347946506-18449-1-git-send-email-durgadoss.r@intel.com>
This patch registers a governor which will let the
user land manage the platform thermals. Whenever a
trip happens, this governor just notifies the user
space using kobj_uevent().
