So why not fix the process script first?
Maybe add something like:
$ grep -E "^typedef\s+\w+\s*\*?\s*acpi_\w+" include/acpi/actypes.h | \
grep -Eoh "\bacpi_\w+"
to the acpi_types variable in the lindent_single function
