Please don't be so fast and negative. His opinions are not worthless
just because he is not volunteering. The volunteer could be someone
else who reads them, gets inspired, and steps in.

I don't have a reason to complain about Andy either, but Huw does
raise some relevant issues. For example, after being on this list for
five months and watching the state of affairs, I second his proposal
that we would benefit from using a bug tracking system.
