ANN: v4 of dri-resume patch available

Dear lists,

v4 of the new Radeon dri-resume patch is available.  This fixes a problem
with suspending/resuming XVideo as reported by Kevin Fenzi: you can now
suspend/resume whilst watching a movie on XVideo and running glxgears for
example.

Instructions, snapshot binaries and the patch are available at:

This functionality has now been tested successfully by more M7 users (at
least 2 besides myself ;) as well as an M6 user.

It works great here. 
I did 3 swspend cycles and it came back up fine each time.
