processor and thermal missing

processor and thermal missing

This appears to be because these devices are not under the _SB scope, not
due to the recent processor.c changes.

If someone has determined exactly which release added this problem, that
info would be very helpful.

It was _exactly_  acpi-20021024.

It should be somewhere before 20021022, but after 20021002
