Same here, it stopped working with 2.5.45. I went through the diffs and see nothing suspect (thermal did not change at all if I read it correctly), that means that something in interpretter broke it? Is there someone with 2.5.45 who sees /proc/acpi/processor or /proc/acpi/thermal_zone?
