Oh well, many thanks again! I already thought something like this. Now, this just leaves the question what f*ckin' type of partition this BIOS wants. I already tried almost everything: lphdisk, zvhdd (DOS utility), simple VFAT32 partition, nothing. Oh well ... mybe I'll disassemble the BIOS - just joking :) I think best bet would be to ask Asus for a hint.
