Subject: [Bug 1593] New: Add _SST support, enabling suspend/resume LEDs (fwd)
Date: Tue, 25 Nov 2003 09:42:37 -0800 (PST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20031125094146.F90542@root.org> (raw)
Make the LEDs on Thinkpads work.

Summary: Add _SST support, enabling suspend/resume LEDs
Kernel Version: 2.6.0
Status: NEW
Severity: low
This is a feature request. The attached patch calls the \_SI._SST method
with the proper argument on both the suspend and resume path. This makes
the LEDs on my Thinkpad report the sleeping state correctly. Errors are
ignored since many systems don't have this method.
