It tells you when it boots.. "ACPI CA 2003xxxx", or you could look at
the changelogs, or just grep for it ...
$ find include/acpi -type f |xargs grep 20031
include/acpi/acconfig.h:#define ACPI_CA_VERSION 0x20031002
