Laptops that work

I was wondering if someone could perhaps give me some recommendations 
for laptops that work well with ACPI on Linux - specifically the suspend 
stuff.

ASUS L3800C, with several driver-specific glitches that will hopefully be
addressed soon.

In DELL 8500 suspend/resume works well with linux2.6-test9 (but with test 11 don't, I think that's a problem of actual test11 bug).
The nvidia binary drivers don't work with suspend at this moment but with nv driver works well.
