For me, yes.  Never had time to fix this ok, and worst I don't have
anymore a toshiba 3000 by now.  The problem (on kernel 2.4) was that
the ide hwif is not properly restored so that DMA do not worked any
more.  A little hack permit to get it ok (I think I put it on the
acpi.sf.net with the toshiba 3000-100 dsdt).
