Hi Maggio

I also have this motherboard, but haven't been able to get S3 to work 
correctly -- on the resume event, the computer reboots (resets) instead of 
resuming. I was (am still) using 2.6 kernels for my tests. 

If you have any luck can you please post your configuration etc, so that we 
can try and track down the issue. One thing I wasn't able to check was 
whether it was possibly the graphics card (which is a Radeon 9000 Pro).
