So 2.6.4 will support the option of using the PM timer as the main
kernel timesource!

This is great. This has been on my personal wish list for, oh, about 4
years now. I just wanted to say thanks to Dominik, John, and Dmitry for
making it happen.

Hi,

may I know what's the use of this PM timer? Currently I'm using RTC on 
kernel 2.6.3

I know this is bad form(to ask twice).. but... 
What is this ACPI PM timesource?

Since I have this "TSC cannot be used as a timesource" when running battery.

(refer other post with this subject line)
