Hi I have a new desktop with an ASUS mother board with Pentium xenon
2800, very new, in /proc/acpi/processor/, I got CPU0 and CPU1, with
cpuinfo etc, this means that I have 2 CPU or can be one effect of
multi-threadings CPU ?

It's probably one HyperThreading capable CPU.

It's sure a HT CPU I have the same thing in my P4 HT
