Hi,
i have now seen at least 2 different machines that are unable to resume from
S4 (swsusp) when agp modules are loaded (intel-agp or ati-agp).
Finally i will file a bug at kernel.org, but is this a "ACPI" or a "Drivers"
bug? Just to get it right the first time :-)

you might checkout http://swsusp.sf.net and their mailing-list archive.
it is a somewhat well-known, but afaik unsolved problem.
look here for instance:
http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=swsusp-devel&m=107513767207327&w=2
though i saw an agp fix for i830 in the new kernel 2.6.4 today which might
help with intel-based gfx.
hth,
sebastian

yes, i know that everyone knows the problem but didn't know where to
put it. Anyways, i'm going to file bugs for every single driver i find
in the 'Drivers' section, since it doesn't seem to be very ACPI specific.

well yes, i'll put the new kernel on this machine and cross my fingers :-)
