I switch for this problem and because the ethernet card was not found (is a 
Realtek 8139, probably something wrong with pci) and Mr. Warner Losh didn't 
submit a patch. So I switch without asking in the mailing list.

Anyway now that no thermal module is loaded there are no problem, I'll follow 
the acpi development and notify the problems for this laptop ( I hope this is 
a usefull thing).
