I patched my kernel with broken-out/bk-acpi.patch from 2.6.8-rc1-mm1 (hope the 
is ok) and "bus support for wakeup GPE" and "Create /proc/acpi/wakeup" 
patches.

Now two options are enabled by default:

root@logo:~# cat /proc/acpi/wakeup
Device  Sleep state     Status
LID0       3            *enabled
PWRB       4            *enabled
LANC       4            disabled
MODM       4            disabled

But the system still does not wake up. Output of acpidmp is attached.
