I am now able to put laptop in S3 and resume fully excluding USB device(s) 
such as this USB to PS2 keyboard, PS2 mouse device. 

I am able to resume in console or with Xorg now.

Great job!

Note: 2.6.9-rc4-mm1 blows up with Xorg

I will provide you the suspend sequences for -mm1 and non -mm series once I 
switch to my other email as yahoo filters any kernel dumps as spam :-(
