first, thanks for your help!.

I had try all that(DSDT wiki, bugzilla, recompile my own DSDT) ..., with out 
any success.

I re-opened  the bug in bugzilla:
 http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3516

I attach here my dmesg on kernel 2.6.14_rc4 with gcc2.95 (here acpi work) 
gcc3.4 (here don't) and the acpidump.
