Tested with 2.6.14 kernels without hyperthreading and both suspend to disk and suspend to ram are working when using acpi_sleep=s3_bios,s3_mode at the boot prompt. Though, with smp kernels and hyperthreading enabled, both are not working (video.txt already contains this information).
