Apologies for having spammed the mailing list and your inboxes - unfortunately, my
mail provider decided to mark my outgoing mail as spam (the multiple e-mails are the
result of trying to 'persuade' the system that my original e-mail wasn't spam, and
ended up resending it five times...).
Fingers crossed, it won't happen again.
