Calling the ENAB method on Toshiba laptops results in notifications being
sent when laptop hotkeys are pressed. This patch simply calls that method
and sets up an input device if it's successful.

there was some discussion on this list which prevented
me from applying this patch when it first appeared.
however, i'm okay letting it stew in the acpi-test tree
to see if things resolve by .31, okay Matthew?
thanks,
