Kernel 2.6.38-1-amd64 can not reboot my iMac

Hello,

My Debian kernel does not reboot with my iMac, shutdown works well.

Here is a dump with acpidump command

rEFIt tool that I use to boot linux has an option to reboot PC and it works, 
maybe we can get how that project do it and fix linux kernel?

As I see on http://kernel.org/ that version is not released yet. Do you know a 
patch that can be applied to 2.6.38(Debian Sid) or 2.6.32 (Debian Squeeze)?

Ops, sorry, on reboot, but I will check today at home again.

Can you provide some info how I can debug this?

With debian kernel 2.6.39 it reboots sometimes when you issue shutdown from 
console with:

shutdown -h now

This thing confused me.

I downloaded linux source 3.0.0 rc3 and it still does not work:

Last output:

Will reboot system...
[tttt.ttttt] Restart system.

Then it hangs and I have to force power it down.

I have to reboot it because of this bug: 
Can not connect to external networks.
