[PATCH v2 00/18] Hide platform_profile_handler from consumers

Hello,

As suggested by Mario, I moved patch 15/18 to position 3/18. This indeed
simplified all diffs. Full reordering bellow.

Series based on top of pdx86/for-next branch.
