I compiled and booted 2.4.23-pre5 the other morning, and my USB didn't 
work.
The devices I have are a HP psc2110xi and a Logitech Cordless Optical
Mouse (Logitech Click! Plus).
My USB does work under 2.4.23-pre4.

I sent a message about this to LKML, and I was told to report this 
problem to you guys as no USB patches were put in 2.4.23-pre5.

I have attached my config and boot messages. I enabled ACPI and USB
debugging.
