None of the 2.6 series, either the betas, or tests or stable. I use 
Gentoo and they have a variety of kernels available on portage and none 
of them fix it. Actually the new acpi patches make my battery and temp. 
sensors on gkrellm not function. So now none of my acpi things function 
correctly. I have compile the kernel with ACPI_DEBUG but I get nothing.
