When i issue a shutdown command I only get a message saying: 'acpi_power_off called'. Then the screen turns black and according to the fan noise I think the cpu get in some kind of infinite loop. It doesn't power off. 2. After an acpi suspend to ram (echo 3 > /proc/acpi/sleep) the computer never wakes up. It does not matter if an x server is running or not. I hope this wasn't answered on the list before. Please point me to some docs if there are any.
