It works even better than the custom DSDT that have been posted. However, I did noticed that there is an error with PFA_0 AE "ON" instance failing if the computer starts at a warm/hot temperature. As for suspend - I have user reports that S4 works for them using PM_Disk. S3 still very iffy at ths point.
