Is anyone else having the problem of usb not coming back up after a both
suspend or hibernate? I'm running 2.6.7 and mepis linux; it suspends
GREAT, and comes back FAST, but I can't get usb to be recognized at all,
even though lsmod shows the modules still loaded?
Could this be a hotplug bug?

Are you using ehci or uhci? ehci has known issues. uhci works for me.
For ehci you can try unloading the module before suspend, reloading
after resume.

also for ohci. The only hostcontrolle driver that has working suspend /
resume support was uhci, the last time i checked.
