Hi folks,
While perusing forums for my tablet, I noticed that some other people
reported buzzing on this device, even under Windows. (usually when USB
is unplugged!) Good to know that it's not Linux's fault in not
initializing something properly!

Exactly, it's a C2-C3 thing in general; Windows uses both and so has
exactly the same issue. C2 is usually quieter though.
