Hello,
I just upgraded to 2.6.12, and I noticed that Xorg(6.8.2) crashes immediatly
after resume. It looks like it's driver independent(radeon or fglrx), and I
don't have to switch to the X11 seesion to crash it.

It runs for a _short_ period of time, long enought to post my radeon
card(radeon driver), but not long enought to rebuild my screen. Anyone else
seeing this problem? I've attached my dmesg(looks 100% normal) and 2 X
-verbose 6 logs. xout.bz2 is the resume to console, xout-2 is a resume
directly to X.

Any ideas?
Stefan Dösinger

PS: I take back the fglrx-thing I said a few days ago. fglrx suspend _can_
work(2.6.11 kernel), but it's hell unstable and not useable for everyday use.

Not on my T42p. It behaves as with 2.6.11.8 and suspend (S3 and S4)
works perfectly.
