[1.] One line summary of the problem:
[Clevo W253EUQ] Turn on bluetooth with Fn+F12 not working

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
Once the latest mainline kernel (actually 3.19-rc4) downloaded from
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ is installed, you have to 
boot with this kernel.
Once booted and logged in as an appropriate user, press the fonction key 
Fn+F12.
The normal behaviour is :
Bluetooth is powered on after this action and
Bluetooth icon appear in the indicator area of the Menu Bar.
Fact is the Bluetooth indicator does not appear and Bluetooth is not 
powered On.
That is the problem.
