[PATCH]Panasonic Hotkey Driver v0.5 [1/2]

This is a patch of pcc_acpi v0.4.
It is same as my previous patch, 
but it is made using 'bkexport' script.

Please use this v0.4[1/2] and v0.5 incremental [2/2].
