Hi !
I've got a problem with my Sony Vaio PCG-FX601 (afaik the US model
is called FXA53).
USB works only partially. New devices (webcam/mouse) which are plugged
in and out, are correctly recognized but the devices do not send any
data. Mousemovement, clicks or the webcam produces no interrupts for
usb. (I think the system configuration is 100% ok because booting with
2.4.18 with extremely old acpi patch (200204??) works perfectly)
Currently I tried a fresh 2.4.21-pre4 kernel with acpi20030122 patch
and had the same problem with 2.4.20 and acpi200212??.
'pci=noacpi' or 'acpi=off' is no solution because irq routing by bios
is broken.
Any ideas how to get it working?
Thanks,
Sönke
